On Sunday, December 11, 2011, Willow Glen's very own Dance and Fitness studio had an amazing Holiday party!!!!
There was sooooooo much food. Much of it was provided by Chef Shawn (best spanakopita I have ever had!), the rest provided by the teachers and attendees.
There was so much dancing. There was so much glitter, sparkle, and shine. It was so lovely. I hope that next year you will…

This wide range of motion also lends to the possibility of injury through anyone of these positions as well as movements of the arms; forward, backwards, and at the sides internal and external rotation, across the chest, behind the back and circling of the arms clock and counter…

Blockbuster Closing on Lincoln Avenue
I understand there has been speculation regarding Blockbuster on Lincoln Avenue. It is true that after nearly 13 years on the Avenue, this location will join the hundreds of other Blockbuster stores across the U.S. that have closed. As Landlord to Blockbuster, they officially notified me this week that the store will close on April 10, 2011 and store closing sales will commence on February 28, 2011. We are sad to see a great tenant leave our property and the Avenue, but also look forward to…
