Traffic Calming survey on Koch - timing is everything

I was just reading the notice in the "WG Times" about the August 14th meeting about traffic calming (at Hoover) around schools. It made me reflect on the speed meter which was in front of Schallenberger a week or two ago. Mid-July?
That survey was REALLY done at the wrong time of year.
I wonder what it would take to get that trailer back out there some weekday AFTER August 26th.

I found the Mercs coverage of yesterday's city council meeting:
