I have noticed this as well and downtown WILLOW GLEN ( LINCOLN ) has been getting " hit " alot more lately I for one always report it and by most accounts the city comes and paints over anything on public areas very quickly its the personal prope...

I think this is a wonderful idea ...... but for all areas of Willow Glen and most important downtown Lincoln ( that if you notice is being the target fo graffiti attacks ALOT more in the last year )
