Thanks for stopping by - it was a VERY slow day, the evening picked up a bit and by 10 pm I had finally paid for my booth fees. I hope today - Sunday - is more of a shopping day for people. Yesterday was eating drinking dancing fun = but not so much shopping. I have high hopes for today. Maybe we can go for a walk soon! Would be great to catch up.

thanks for dropping off the wine. We are happy to show you the house. The recent remodel is not yet 100% complete, but it is close enough to give you a good idea what the final result will be. Weekends are the best time to find us at home. THis Saturday, the 19th, is a good time because we are having the annual Glen Una block party and will hanging out most of the afternoon and evening. Not an April Fools day hoax - CA Sales tax increases today
As you may have heard, the CA state sales and use tax is increasing. Today is the day with the increase to 9.25%. This "temporary' sales and use tax will expire in July 1, 2011 or July 1, 2012 depending upon whether voters approve the proposed Proposition 1A, Budget Stabilization Act, in a statewide election to be held May 19, 2009.

Looking for an Inside Sales professional - Wireless industry

The CEO from my last corporate job just contacted me because he wants me to come back to work with him in the wireless world. Well, I told him that I am VERY happy now-a-days and LOVE my career in real estate and he couldn't get me to go back into corporate even if he payed me $1M/year. Well ... maybe I would :)
