HI Howard, I know your post is pretty old, but I was curious if you were still looking for an architect? We live in Willow Glen and my wife is a licensed architect and does residential, new construction and remodels as well as interiors. I am sure...

I need to warn you ....STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL LEHMAN....he is a con artist....if you want to contact me I can tell you more....erase this from your page .....email me or contact me through here if you want to discuss.....do NOT use him or associate with him....BEWARE!!!.....
We met today at the Open House in Los Gatos at 16311 Camellia Terrace. I think you sensed in our brief time together I'm not your typical Realtor. This follow-up is further evidence of that.
I have held Sr Level position for multi-billion $ companies the 1st 20yrs of my career. Since then I have been a borker/owner of both a Mortgage company and a Real Estate company. Most sellers wouldn't consider selling their home without interviewing at least a couple agents. A good idea consdiering the vastly different experience, skills and marketing strategies of agents.
I encourage you to consider how critical it is to have excellence & integrity in the agent representing you as a buyer as well. Check my references... please... they will tell you, not all buyer agents are created equal! Let's face it, whoever your agent is will be paid a healthy commission for representing you! My clients will tell you, I have consistently earned my "keep" just in how well I negotiate for the best possible price and terms for them.
Howard, before moving forward, reply to this email so I have your email and can send you my references. Call them, some of them had what they thought were the best agents work for them in the past, once they hired me their standard of excellence in representation was dramatically changed.
Then let's meet for a cup of coffee at a place & time convenient for you!
