Stale and Hard - I believe wie will see Zanoto's open on Foxworthy and Cherry before we see F & E move in. They have not broke ground on a Northern California distribution site in the valley. That would have to happen first from what I heard.

The space is back up for lease. There is a sign in the window. I guess Fresh and Easy is no more?

I thought that sign in the window applied to the section of the building next to it, that they were planning on subleasing.
